When Will We Hit Bottom?
One of the most frequently asked questions is when will Northern Utah Real Estate hit bottom and how quickly will it return? Last week, the Deseret News published an article on the Utah Housing Market showing that with very few exceptions, Utah is still declining but at a slower pace than in months past and we fare much better than many parts of the country.
